1. Subscription and Billing

All subscriptions are billed in advance, either monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected at the time of purchase. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the billing cycle and associated charges.

2. No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Setup fees

• Monthly or annual subscription charges

• Additional user or usage-based fees

We do not issue partial refunds for unused time, early cancellations, or plan downgrades during an active billing cycle. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next renewal to avoid further charges.

3. Free Trials and Introductory Offers

If a free trial or promotional period is provided, you will not be charged until that period ends. Once the trial expires, the subscription will begin at the standard rate unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds will be issued for failure to cancel in time.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us in writing. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be given for any remaining time on your subscription.

5. Service Level Failures

We aim to maintain high service availability. However, temporary outages or minor disruptions do not qualify for refunds. In the unlikely event of a material service-level failure, we may offer service credits at our discretion.

6. Termination for Cause

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

7. Disputed Charges

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of the charge date. After this period, all charges are considered final and non-refundable.
