Studios may combine classes and one-to-one sessions across the same week. Use the booking calendar on either plan to separate those formats, set opening hours and apply capacity to group sessions. Booking businesses can add ticketed events alongside services with QZee Pro; no new standalone events-only plan is offered.

Eligible UK businesses can take a deposit through Stripe for a longer one-to-one session or collect full payment for a class. QZee Pro booking businesses can also collect paid entry for events. Automatic reminders remain available on both plans, while QZee Pro adds coupons, offers and campaigns.

Yes. Eligible businesses can take deposits or full payment at checkout. See the pricing page for QZee's paid-booking fee and separate Stripe processing costs.
Yes. QZee supports staff, services and staff calendars, so customers can book the right person or service. QZee Free and QZee Pro each include one active bookable staff seat. Each additional seat costs £5 per month and is charged pro-rata immediately when added, including during a Pro trial. Reductions take effect at the next staff-seat renewal. Paid staff seats continue after Pro is cancelled unless you reduce or cancel them separately.
Yes. QZee Pro includes coupons and marketing tools designed to help bring customers back and fill quieter slots.
