QZee reviews on Trustpilot

What QZee customers say

These reviews cover QZee's booking system overall; they are not event-specific endorsements.

Simple to use and perfect for those looking to kickstart a new business or to support an established business. Super affordable compared to most booking apps and get far more than you pay for.

Ieuan MackenzieReview on Trustpilot

Awesome booking system app. Does what it says on the tin and very reasonably priced.

FAQ

Questions before you put tickets on sale

Check Pro pricing, payment costs, discovery and how events fit alongside your bookings.

How much does QZee charge for event tickets?

Event tools require QZee Pro at £14.99 per month. QZee charges 3% + 25p per paid booking. See the comparison above for VAT, Stripe costs and eligibility.

What kinds of events can I run on QZee?

QZee supports ticketed classes, workshops, gigs, pop-ups and one-off experiences. If your event has a date, capacity and a ticket price, it can have a clear QZee event page.

Can I sell different ticket types?

Yes. You can offer multiple ticket types at different prices, set capacity and show the lowest available option as the from-price in discovery.

How do people find my event?

Every event gets a shareable page for social, email and your own site. You can also opt into QZee discovery so people browsing what is on can find it.

Can I run recurring classes as well as one-off events?

Yes. QZee supports bookable classes and sessions as well as one-off events, so you can keep them in the same calendar as the rest of your bookings.

When do I receive the ticket revenue?

Guests pay when they book. Your exact payout timing follows the connected payment setup and is confirmed during onboarding.

Can I buy an events-only QZee plan?

No new events-only plan is currently offered. Events are included with QZee Pro for booking businesses. Existing events-only arrangements continue under their current contract.

Where can I browse events as an attendee?

Use QZee's What's on page to browse event listings. Event discovery and checkout live together on the bookings app, while this page is for organisers.
