Will I lose bookings while I switch?
No. You set QZee up alongside your current tool and only switch your booking link when everything's ready, so there's no gap where customers can't book.
Do I have to move all my data by hand?
Export your customer list and services from your current tool, then add the upcoming appointments you still need. Contact us if you would like help planning the move.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
There is no setup fee or long-term contract. QZee Pro is £14.99 per month. There is no annual plan. Cancel QZee Pro online at any time. Access continues to the end of the paid month; there is no pro-rata refund, and no later Pro renewal is charged. QZee Free and QZee Pro each include one active bookable staff seat. Each additional seat costs £5 per month and is charged pro-rata immediately when added, including during a Pro trial. Reductions take effect at the next staff-seat renewal. Paid staff seats continue after Pro is cancelled unless you reduce or cancel them separately.

Yes. Contact us and we will help you plan the setup. Higher-volume and multi-location venues get priority onboarding.
