Cookie policy

This policy explains the cookies and browser storage used on QZee's public website and business sign-up journey. Optional measurement is off until you make a positive choice. You can change that choice at any time without losing access to the site.

Your choices

Essential storage is required to remember your preference. Analytics and advertising measurement are separate optional choices, although advertising measurement requires the analytics technology to be enabled. QZee does not enable remarketing or personalised advertising in this setup.

Essential preference storage

  • qzee_consent_v1: records your analytics and advertising-measurement choices and the time they were saved.
  • Duration: 180 days, after which we ask again.
  • Scope: shared across QZee-owned qzee.app subdomains so the sign-up journey can respect the same choice.
  • Protection: Path=/, SameSite=Lax, and Secure on the live HTTPS service.

Analytics

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 measures page views and interactions such as sign-up clicks and pricing choices, plus whether an account was created during the business sign-up journey. QZee does not send personal names, contact details, business names or free-text messages to Google Analytics.

  • _ga: distinguishes visits and may last for up to two years.
  • _ga_<measurement-id>: maintains session state and may last for up to two years.

Advertising measurement

If you accept advertising measurement, QZee may preserve approved campaign parameters such as UTM values, Google click IDs or Microsoft click IDs for the current browser tab and pass them into the QZee business sign-up journey. Successful demo requests and account creation are sent as advertising-conversion events only with this choice. Google's advertising-storage and advertising-user-data consent signals are granted only for this choice. Personalised-advertising consent remains denied.

  • qzee_acquisition_v1: session storage containing approved campaign parameters; removed when the tab closes or advertising measurement is rejected.
  • _gcl cookies: Google may set conversion-measurement cookies after permission and advertising configuration; these generally last up to 90 days.

QZee uses basic Consent Mode v2. The Google library and measurement requests are blocked before an optional purpose is accepted. Consent defaults are denied, then updated to match your saved choices before measurement begins.

Cloudflare

Cloudflare provides QZee's network edge and may process IP addresses and technical request information to deliver and protect the site. Some Cloudflare security features can set strictly necessary cookies when a challenge or security control is active. Those cookies are not used by QZee for advertising.

Managing storage

Use the Cookie settings control above or in the footer to withdraw or change consent. When you withdraw a purpose, QZee removes known Google cookies for that purpose and stops future collection. You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser settings.
