Can QZee manage staff, services and availability?
Yes. QZee is designed around calendars, slots, staff, services and opening hours, so your booking page reflects how the venue actually works.
Can I take deposits to reduce no-shows?
Yes. Eligible venues can take deposits or full payment before an appointment or event. See the pricing page for QZee's paid-booking fee and separate Stripe processing costs.
Does QZee help customers discover my venue?
QZee includes a customer booking app and discovery network. Venues can use their own booking page and also opt in to being found by customers browsing QZee.
Can I use QZee for classes or events?
Yes. QZee Pro includes ticketed events, classes and workshops for booking businesses, with capacity and checkout built in. No new standalone events-only plan is currently offered.
