QZee fee per paid booking
This applies on QZee Free and QZee Pro when a customer pays online. The QZee fee is paid by the business. No VAT is added to QZee's 3% + 25p booking fee. Stripe's standard processing fees also apply and are paid by the business. UK businesses can take online payments after Stripe has checked their details.
Both plans include one staff member who can take bookings. Each extra staff member who can take bookings costs £5 per month. When you add someone, you pay straight away for the days left in the current billing month, even during a Pro trial. If you remove someone, the lower charge starts on your next staff billing date. Cancelling Pro does not cancel staff charges. Reduce or cancel these separately.
This means a staff member who can be added to a new booking. You count too if you take bookings. People who have not accepted their invite do not count.

Cancel QZee Pro online at any time. You can use Pro until the end of the month you have paid for. You will not get a refund for unused days. We will not charge you for another month of Pro. Staff charges renew separately. They continue until you reduce or cancel them.
