This applies on QZee Free and QZee Pro when a customer pays online. The QZee fee is paid by the business. No VAT is added to QZee's 3% + 25p booking fee. Stripe's standard processing fees also apply and are paid by the business. Connected payments are available to UK businesses that complete Stripe verification.
QZee Free and QZee Pro each include one active bookable staff seat. Each additional seat costs £5 per month and is charged pro-rata immediately when added, including during a Pro trial. Reductions take effect at the next staff-seat renewal. Paid staff seats continue after Pro is cancelled unless you reduce or cancel them separately.
An active bookable staff seat is a team member who can be assigned to a new booking. A bookable owner counts; an unaccepted invitation does not.
