Manage staff and multiple calendars
Give each team member their own calendar and services so customers book the right person.
If more than one person takes appointments, QZee gives each their own calendar, so customers book the right person and you see the whole venue in one view.
How it works
- Add each staff member and set the hours they work.
- Assign the services each person offers, so customers only see valid combinations.
- View everyone's day together, or focus on one calendar at a time.
The booking page uses each person's hours and assigned services when showing slots, which helps avoid times they cannot take.
Staff-seat pricing and changes
QZee Free and QZee Pro each include one active bookable staff seat. Each additional seat costs £5 per month and is charged pro-rata immediately when added, including during a Pro trial. Reductions take effect at the next staff-seat renewal. Paid staff seats continue after Pro is cancelled unless you reduce or cancel them separately.
An active bookable staff seat is a team member who can be assigned to a new booking. A bookable owner counts; an unaccepted invitation does not.
