If more than one person takes appointments, QZee gives each their own calendar — so customers book the right person and you see the whole venue in one view.

How it works

• Add each staff member and set the hours they work.
• Assign the services each person offers, so customers only see valid combinations.
• View everyone's day together, or focus on one calendar at a time.

Because availability is per person, the booking page never offers a time someone can't actually take — which keeps the day running smoothly even with a busy team.
