Plans change. Moving or cancelling a booking in QZee is quick, and your calendar updates straight away.

Moving a booking

Open the booking in your calendar and reschedule it to a new time — drag it or pick a new slot. The customer is updated, and the old slot frees up for someone else.

Cancelling

Cancel the booking from the calendar and the time reopens immediately. How a deposit is handled on cancellation is up to the policy you've set — many venues return or transfer a deposit when there's enough notice, and keep it for last-minute no-shows.
