Take a deposit or full payment at booking with Stripe, and choose what to charge per service.
Taking a deposit or full payment at booking collects the amount you set before the appointment. UK businesses that complete Stripe's checks can connect payments.
Deposit or full payment
You can choose per service:
- A deposit: good for longer or higher-value appointments; the balance is settled on the day.
- Full payment: good for fixed-price sessions and classes.
Getting set up
Connect your Stripe account, then turn on payment at booking and set the amount for each service. Once it's on, customers pay that amount as part of booking, leaving only any remaining balance to settle on the day.
What online payments cost
QZee charges 3% + 25p per paid booking. This applies on QZee Free and QZee Pro when a customer pays online. The QZee fee is paid by the business. No VAT is added to QZee's 3% + 25p booking fee. Stripe's standard processing fees also apply and are paid by the business. Connected payments are available to UK businesses that complete Stripe verification.
