Set up payments and deposits

Taking payment when a customer books steadies your cash flow and is the most effective way to cut no-shows. Payments in QZee are processed securely by Stripe.

Deposit or full payment

You can choose per service:

• A deposit — good for longer or higher-value appointments; the balance is settled on the day.
• Full payment — good for fixed-price sessions, classes and event tickets.

Getting set up

Connect your Stripe account, then turn on payment at booking and set the amount for each service. Once it's on, customers pay as part of booking and there's no money to chase afterwards.
