Understanding QZee's fees

QZee's pricing is designed to be easy to understand and visible up front.

Two parts

• Your plan. QZee Free is £0 per month. QZee Pro is £14.99 per month. There is no annual plan. Eligible UK businesses can opt into one seven-day QZee Pro trial per business in its lifetime. Card details are required. The trial converts to QZee Pro at £14.99 per month unless you cancel before it ends; cancelling avoids the first Pro charge and keeps Pro access until the trial ends. QZee Pro unlocks more control, automation and growth tools.
• Per paid booking. A transparent 3% + 25p QZee fee on each paid booking. No setup fee, and no hidden commission added by QZee beyond that line. The QZee fee is paid by the business. No VAT is added to QZee's 3% + 25p booking fee. Stripe's standard processing fees also apply and are paid by the business. Connected payments are available to UK businesses that complete Stripe verification.

Staff seats

QZee Free and QZee Pro each include one active bookable staff seat. Each additional seat costs £5 per month and is charged pro-rata immediately when added, including during a Pro trial. Reductions take effect at the next staff-seat renewal. Paid staff seats continue after Pro is cancelled unless you reduce or cancel them separately.

An active bookable staff seat is a team member who can be assigned to a new booking. A bookable owner counts; an unaccepted invitation does not.

There's no long contract. Cancel QZee Pro online at any time. Access continues to the end of the paid month; there is no pro-rata refund, and no later Pro renewal is charged. Paid staff seats renew separately and continue unless they are separately reduced or cancelled. For the full breakdown, see our pricing page.
